I got my rainsoft softener through quality some 7 years ago and they have continued with the service contracts. I found their products and service to be excellent. It took me a while to get connected with the right person I'm not real impressed with their phone system. But once I got a hold of the supervisor to explain some other options for me he was excellent. I think his name was Jared and incredibly helpful and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Great service great help that you can trust.
