Have had our generator for 5 years now. They were great with the install and kept us up to date with the timeline. We also use them for our maintenance contract. Yeah, it's a bit expensive for the contract, but you're not paying them for the oil changes...you're paying them to be there when something doesn't work right with the generator. Our Kohler has been 100% reliable since install. It worked perfectly for 4 days during the February 2021 freeze keeping us warm and with lights. The transfer switch failed when the power came back on and Quality was out right away to fix it once safe to travel again. It has also powered us through Hurricane Nicholas in 2021. Was a small issue with the last service call, but Quality made good on their customer service and we just renewed our contract for another 5 years. I would definitely recommend Quality for a generator.

I have got to say that Quality Generators consistently live up to their name. I purchase a large Natgas generator from them many years ago and they have serviced and maintained it ever since. Extremely professional service and contact staff. Today, with TS Nicholas coming through, when the power went out, the generator failed to take over. We waited (not very long) for the Quality office to open and called and explained the situation. After trying to troubleshoot the problem with them on the phone for about 10 minutes, the supervisor said Ok we know what the problem is and will put the part on a truck and will see you soon as we have a couple of other customers to see also. About one hour later I get a call and the tech is here and less than an hour later we have power.Amazing service -and the storm was still passing. Excellent Excellent company and have been for years. We just had a service call on our EC4 water system. You really don't know how much you appreciate softened water until its gone!!! Anyway, we couldn't be more pleased with the service tech who came to our home. His name is Brandon. Polite, professional and obviously knew what he was doing. just the kind of person that you hope will be coming into your home when service is needed.. Thanks Brandon!!!

Experienced a big let down with a no show for an appointment today. Waiting 3 hours for nothing is upsetting. Why 5 stars? After frustratingly resetting the appointment another week out, Quality's Customer Experience Manager called. Mr. David Krath immediately took time to investigate the root causes of this service failure and apologized. I am impressed that this was so quickly addressed and truly appreciate the effort taken to retain this customer! (I was so upset that I was literally looking for another dealer to service our system when Mr. David called). We are back on track.

I have spoken with Quality Generators and as of present, all matters have been addressed in a very business like and professional manner. All areas of concern have been looked into and settled to my satisfaction. Thank You Quality Generators.We have had our generator for 5 years and actually need it 4 times, and all 4 times the generator failed to start or something in the electrical system failed. This includes the failure during the big freeze, the generator froze. Along with during the installation they busted the sprinkler system in three places. We have been trying to contact Quality Generators service department by phone and email to get a cold weather accessory kit installed and so far no one has returned our inquiries. Very, very poor customer service.

Very content with my water treatment system plus water filtration. Great tasting water, even better than bottled water. The best customer service I have ever received, very knowledgeable sales rep and installer. I can confidently say is one of the best investments I have made for my family and home. Would recommend to anyone who cares about the water quality they drink, cook, and shower with.

Great experience all-around…from the in-home demonstration to the installation, everyone on their team was pleasant & informative. Really great service…and the product is even better than we hoped!! The difference in water quality is game-changing…no more sugary drinks necessary to hide the taste of bad water…we’re drinking straight from the (Rainsoft) tap for the first time ever & we LOVE IT!!Only downside is you will notice the difference wherever else you go and realize just how bad the water you thought was great before really is.
