We are still in the process of buying a water system however were blown away by the remarkable customer service from Parker. He was extremely thorough, personable, and did not hesitate to answer our numerous repetitive questions. Also wore a mask the entire session as we had a newborn in the house which we truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

We've had our RainSoft EC475 system for over 20 years now and Quality Home Products of Texas has provided excellent service over the years. Just recently our system started draining slowly so we called them out to check out. Turned out to some clogged particles that they cleaned out in quick time. Everything was done in an hour.
